I Am The Dot: Minimal Love EP

If you’ve been following this blog for any amount of time you will know that Zach Tipton is no stranger. For a period of time I would get emails from him filled with new material once about every 3 weeks. With each new single and EP he was striving toward a specific sound (a concept he described to me during a recent interview). The newest release from I Am The Dot, a 3 track EP titled Minimal Love, features live drums (played by Bobby Theberge) and an overall sound that is well rounded.
This record is a must-download for any fan of Zach’s previous works (with either I Am The Dot or Young Coyotes). It is available via bandcamp (and iTunes and Amazon) and can be streamed via the widget below. Lastly, I Am The Dot was recently placed on the ballot for the 2010 Westword Music Showcase (in the indie-pop category), so consider voting for him here.
